Submitting Sprites:
-You must have ripped it. No exeptions.
-You do not need to put a bunch of little comics or boxes. The simple "ripped by" tag supplied by the site is sufficent. Such things will be removed.
-You must have a registered account on Dino Productions to submit sprites. Registration is of course free.
-Sprites can be posted on the forums here.

Submitting your site for linking:
-It must have some content.
-Nothing illegal(roms, porn, ect.).
-No forum-only sites (unless the forum is really active).
-It's appreciated that you link back (Required for affiliation).
-I will not post banners.
-Be sure to supply me with a button.

Submitting your site for affiliation:
-Same rules apply, only much stricter
-Be sure to specificially mention that you want to affiliate
-Linkback is obviously required
-Fellow resource sites have a much better chance of being accepted
